Ingredients:

  • lemon
  • avocado
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • cilantro
  • half cup parsley
  • a little olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • ginger
  • one cucumber
  • water
  • berries (or something else to sweeten your drink)

Add the ingredients in your blender, add water to get the desired consistency and blend until smooth.
