All you need is:

  • apple
  • handful spinach
  • cucumber
  • ginger
  • almonds and walnuts (20 g.)

How to prepare it?

Take the cucumber, apple, and the spinach and put them in a blender. Blend it well and then add some fresh ginger. Blend it well again. Put the shake in a big glass, and put the almonds and walnuts on the top, for decoration. Drink it as soon as it is prepared. This shake is delicious but it is also very rich in minerals, vitamins ( Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Vitamin E, magnesium, fiber, calcium, etc. )
