Day 5

Today, you will eat tomatoes and beef: six tomatoes and two 10 oz. parts of beef. The meat can be eaten as hamburger patties. You should eat all the tomatoes, but not all the beef. The meat will give iron and protein to your body and tomatoes will give fiber, helping the process of digestion.

Day 6

Today you will eat beef once again, but instead of tomatoes, you will consume other veggies of your choice. You may eat as much as you like. At this point, your body is already losing weight, so you should start seeing differences in how your body looks and feels in contrast with the first day.

Day 7

On the final day, you should consume brown rice, an unlimited amount of veggies and fruit juice. After a week, you should have totally cleansed your body and also you should be 10-15 lbs. lighter.
