CHICORY ROOT COFFEE: KETO & LOW CARB ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS

Chicory root has been long used as a herbal substitute for coffee, given its natural coffee-like flavour and nutritional benefits. You can find chicory root in low-carb and keto bars, cereals and even as a nutritional supplement because is a rich source of dietary fibre.

To make Chicory root coffee, you will need only two ingredients: Chicory root and water, nothing else, that’s it, and it’s caffeine-free too!

You will need to mince the root and roast it. Or you can get it at your local health food store or online, as a pre-made coffee.

It is recommended to use 2 tablespoons of ground chicory root for 1 cup of water.

Pour into a cup and enjoy!
