• two ripe organic bananas
• two tablespoons of raw organic honey
• two cups of water
Peel the bananas, you should take out the banana “string”, put the bananas in a blender or food processor and blend until well mixed thoroughly. If you don’t have a blender you can use the bottom of a spoon or fork to press down on the banana. Continue until the banana is well mashed.
Boil the water and mix together with the mash bananas in a bowl and leave it aside to cool for half an hour, covered.
